Coursecast is a digital course. The whole thing is delivered the moment your access is sent, so there is no partial-delivery position to refund against. That makes the policy short, and we would rather state it plainly here than have you discover it after paying.

Purchases are non-refundable

Once your access has been delivered, the ₹499 is non-refundable. This is stated on the sales page and again inside the registration form, before any payment is made. Please read the module list and decide before you pay.

The one exception: if we fail to deliver

If you have paid and your access has not reached you by the end of the day after the stated access date, you get a full refund. Write to support@startupwithshashank.com with your transaction ID and the refund is returned to the same UPI account you paid from, within 5, 7 working days. You do not have to argue for it.

Duplicate and incorrect payments

If you paid twice by mistake, or sent more than ₹499, write to support@startupwithshashank.com with both transaction IDs. The extra amount is returned in full, that is an error, not a purchase, and we do not keep it.

If access is withdrawn

Access is for one person. If a login is shared, or the course material is re-uploaded anywhere, access ends without a refund.
