The problem with a lecture
This is not a course. It is a recording of someone being asked.
Somebody decides what you need to know, writes it down, and reads it at you. Every awkward part gets removed in the draft, because the draft is where the teacher gets comfortable. That is not the same thing as you getting better.
A Coursecast is the opposite. He sat down and got asked. When the answer was vague he got asked again. What survived is what he actually believes, including the parts where the popular advice is wrong.
You hear him think. You hear him correct himself. You hear the caveat that a script would have sanded off — and the caveat is usually the part you needed.
What people ask first
Why not just record a normal course?
Because a lecture gets written before it gets delivered. Somebody decides what you need to know, writes it down, and reads it at you. Every awkward part gets removed in the draft. That is the teacher getting comfortable. It is not you getting better.
So what is different here?
I did not write it. I sat down and got asked. When my answer was vague, I got asked again. What survived is what I actually believe, including the parts where the popular advice is wrong.
Will I actually finish it?
It plays like a podcast, because it is one. Eight-minute pieces on a phone, on a commute, without a desk. You do not need to sit down to learn this. You need to keep going.
I am not going to give you any frameworks. Any gimmickry frameworks.

One specific public action, in if-then form, done inside forty-eight hours. Not a worksheet. Not a quiz. Something that costs you a small, survivable amount of embarrassment on purpose.
It is the only part that changes anything. You can watch every module and do none of the reps, and nothing in your life will be different. Agree?
