I’m introducing a new way to learn, Course Cast. A course delivered like a podcast.
Most courses are built like a textbook. One person talks, and talks, while everyone else just listens. Most courses are aimed to equip you with frameworks, dare I say gimmicky frameworks. This Course Cast aims to trigger a change in your mindset. Let go of the fear mindset, let go of the procrastinator mindset, learn the strategies behind how regular people become successful people.
Two or three of my own team members play the role of students, and I play the professor, except it’s not a lecture. We talk through real situations from my own businesses, and I walk through exactly how I learned each lesson, and how you can use it too.
It’s interactive, it’s honest, and it feels like a real conversation you’re listening in on. Every example is real, something I’ve actually lived through, not something I read in a book. These aren’t old stories either. They’re from businesses I’m running right now.
Communication Skills is the first course in this format, and it won’t be the last. Sales, and how to start a business, are coming next, built the same way. From real experience. Meant to actually change how you think, not give you one more framework you’ll forget in a week.

That is the exact thing that frustrated me enough at 24 to start my first company.
Why this one
There are a hundred communication courses. Why this one?
How is this different from every other course?
A course is written before it is delivered. Somebody decides the syllabus, scripts it, and performs it, and every difficult question gets edited out before you ever hear it. Nothing here was scripted. The awkward questions are in the recording because somebody actually asked them while the camera was running, and you hear what I said when I had not prepared an answer.
Then how is it different from a podcast?
A podcast wanders, and it is made to be heard once and moved on from. This has a spine. Sixteen modules in a deliberate order, each one ending somewhere you can act from that same week. Come back to any of it a year later and you will find the same thing in the same place, which is not true of an episode you half remember.
Why does the two way format actually matter?
Most people never say “wait, I do not get that” out loud, not because they understood, but because it feels embarrassing to admit. My team says it for you. They ask the question you would be too embarrassed to ask, so you get the answer without ever having to raise your hand.
I’ve been there, done that. Still continue to do it.
Twelve years in sales, six years as a founder. Every lesson here came from failing at something, doing it anyway, and figuring out what actually worked. I still use all of it today, in my own businesses, this week. No fancy frameworks, just what has worked for me, the hard way.
So will this fix it for me?
This is not built for a certificate you frame and forget about. Certificates and degrees only carry you so far. A real shift in mindset is what actually changes your life, and that is what Course Cast is aiming for.
